Biella City Archipelago Demopratic offers an opportunity to learn about the state of the art of sustainability in Biella region, starting with the stories of more than 100 protagonists featured in "The Atlas of Screens" installations distributed along the central axis.
Synopsis
A real research project conducted in the Biella area is presented in the form of a laboratory exhibition, describing its good practices and characteristics of the Archipelago City.
The interactive model
Viewing the maps projected on the interactive model at the entrance of the exhibition the peculiarities of the Biellese territory will be explored.
The Tables of the Third Paradise
The Tables of the Third Paradise were conceived by Michelangelo Pistoletto, with the intention of inviting and involving organizations, companies and institutions in participatory and shared design activities.
The representative case studies
A Steering Committee selected the projects that were identified as examples of an area in ferment and an expression of sustainability in Biella region.
The shuttles
The course concludes by listening to the experiences of foreign people (the "shuttlers") who have decided to come to live in the Biella region.
