Vitale Barberis Canonico considers human value, health, safety and welfare at 360 °, social and environmental responsibility in terms of family, community and territory as “Values Behind the Company”. The ability to create value over time is made possible by the connection between three fundamental pillars: people, environment and product.
People: In the first place there is the well-being of employees and respect for working conditions. The company has created the quietest weaving department in the world thanks to soundproofing booths.
Environment: 100% of the purified water in the internal plant, through the release of surface water and reuse in production.
Product: Verticalized production and 100% Made in Italy, such as the H.O.P.E. (How To Optimize People and Environment), a range of sustainable fabrics with low environmental impact that certifies the company's work in the respect of nature, using fabrics with undyed natural fibers, fabrics from recycled wool and fabrics with recycled membrane.
