“Food speaks of us, of our society, of how we are becoming and where we want to go and at Foodopia we only want real food, grown and cooked with love by those who believe that life is the greatest value.
We have abolished plastic, we use biodegradable or glass containers with returnable vacuum and we cook without the use of gas, only with electricity and renewable sources. We choose our suppliers (all local and who know each other personally) who supply seasonal products. We make sure they breed and cultivate according to the true rhythms of nature, respecting life and the earth. Dairy products and eggs come from local and non-intensive farms. We limit waste in the kitchen as much as possible, obtaining preparations from the so-called five quarters of the vegetables. I believe that sustainability (the etymology of the word suggests it) is the only possible choice, if we want to give a future to the next generations ". (Marta Foglio)
