Cascina Giocosa

The idea of producing jams, essential oils and juices stems from the desire to discover how, through simple and natural processes, we can avoid waste, favoring the transformation and reuse of the goods we have available.

For Giambattista, the owner, life is like a game, and it is from here that the name Cascina Giocosa comes from, whose initials are also those of his name (G.C.). The idea that everything is due to us is wrong. It is our task to give back to the Earth what it itself offers us. Giambattista strives to pass on his knowledge to others and to communicate the importance of reuse and non-waste.
