Amilcare deals with the cultivation of fruit and vegetables. The cultivation method used could be defined as "wild": the land is not turned, impoverished or enriched and is not weeded. Herbs such as nettles, borage, horseradish, mint, lovage guarantee enormous wealth for the cultivated land. His wife Denisa thinks about the transformation of the products, trying not to distort their flavor and nutritional values.
Fruit compotes are in fact made with wheat syrup or cereal malt and fruit juices without the addition of water and sugars. Vegetables, such as cabbage and turnips, are processed with the lactofermentation process. A natural pastry line is also produced which involves the use of a very limited number of ingredients (no more than 6) and without the addition of additives and preservatives.
