Andrea produces only 100% natural products that are grown at the headquarters of his farm located in Piazzo. Andrea treats his vegetables by hand, without using large machinery, with very little water and with the paciamatura technique which, in this case, involves the use of straw or any type of compostable vegetable residue from the forest. This cultivation method preserves biodiversity and attracts animals of different types, such as birds, insects, grasshoppers, to the field: it is a natural regenerative cultivation. Andrea is also developing some varieties of ancient seeds. The seed has always been a common element, without it nothing would exist.
