The headquarters are in Pratrivero in a wing of a former spinning mill where the primary product arrives, which is processed and distilled. The beers, mainly exported and consumed in the Biella area, are not pasteurized and are produced without the addition of additives and preservatives.
The owners organize training courses aimed at people interested in undertaking the path of master brewer.
In addition to traditional glass bottles, the brewery uses 100% recyclable plastic beer kegs.
