The project was born to create a sustainable school from a human point of view. Few children per class to create more collaborative, relationally healthy, attentive, fair and welcoming environments. The children are followed in a highly personalized and individualized way. Attention is paid to the surrounding world and the needs of the community. One student at a time: each student is unique, in his or her personality, history, interests and attitudes, in fact, for each of them, an individualized and updated path is built thanks to the support of the advisor. The figure of the Advisor: he is an educator who follows and guides the students of a class one by one from a human and relational point of view.
Parents: they play a decisive role, are actively involved in the educational process of their children and are involved in the school network. The values: respect, rigor, responsibility, fairness and fairness are the basis of every interaction and allow the establishment of an equal dialogue between young people and adults, increasing the opportunities for comparison and growth. Leadership and security: the goal is to strengthen the sense of common responsibility, self-confidence and autonomy, so the students, supported by the team of advisors, develop their self-esteem and leadership skills day by day.
