Manenti Farm, produces vegetables without using chemicals, but working only on the relationships that exist in the soil between individual species and living organisms. The techniques developed are completely aimed at safeguarding the factors that spontaneously operate in non-cultivated environments (woods, uncultivated, etc.). These factors, concerning the interaction of microorganisms with each other and as a link between the inorganic and plant world, are the basis of plant nutrition in nature and are responsible for the strong growth of spontaneous plants. The results obtained are:
- constant high productivity over time;
- marked improvement in the quality of vegetables from an organoleptic point of view;
- maintenance of a high standard of soil fertility without any use of fertilizers;
- drastic reduction in the use of pesticides allowed in organic farming;
- significant decrease in the use of irrigation water.
